Attorney Rachel Dodson Hamme was raised in York County, PA and graduated from West York Area High School in 1996. Rachel received a bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from Eastern College in 2000. Prior to enrolling in graduate school, she advocated for children and families in crisis as a social worker in both York and Philadelphia. Rachel received a master's degree in Multicultural Education from Eastern University in 2007 and taught special education in the public schools of Philadelphia before returning home to York County.

Rachel enrolled in Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg Campus in 2009. She earned her Juris Doctorate in December of 2012 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in January of 2014. Attorney Hamme is a member of the York County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Attorney Hamme is licensed in Pennsylvania.

Rachel is an active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in York. She enjoys spending time with her family and their beloved dogs.

Attorney John M. Hamme is a lifelong resident of York County, PA. After graduating from West York Area High School in 1996, John enrolled at Elizabethtown College with a double major in History and Political Science. While at Elizabethtown, he was heavily involved with the school's Circle K Club, a division of Kiwanis International. During his service with Circle K, John served as Club President for Elizabethtown, the District Lieutenant Governor and the District Treasurer for Pennsylvania. John graduated from Elizabethtown College in 2000 with a BA in History and a BA in Political Science.

John received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in the Fall of 2005. At Widener, he was awarded the Outstanding Service Award, and was the External Competition Chair for the Moot Court Honor Society.

Following graduation, Attorney Hamme served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lebanon County and as Senior Deputy Prosecutor in the York County District Attorney's Office before entering private practice in 2008. John earned his L.L.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning in the spring of 2014 from Western New England University School of Law.

Attorney Hamme is a member of the York County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Attorney Hamme is licensed in Pennsylvania.

John is an active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in York, a member of Harrisburg Lodge 629, F.& A.M. of Pennsylvania, a member of Kiwanis International and Scoutmaster for Troop 23. He enjoys spending time with his family and their beloved dogs.
